Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were very attentive. My room also had a lovely view of the city and greenery.

The rooms were lovely as you would expect from a Four Seasons. We had a family room and it was very spacious and well equipped, the cleaning and turndown service were excellent. The two pools are nice with good quality loungers. The gym is the best hotel gym I have used anyway in the world, it is outstanding. The staff at the hotel are exceptional, on arrival my daughter received not one but two cakes and balloons in our room for her 13th birthday which was very nice and lovely surprise. In terms of location, the hotel is on a quiet street 200 metres from a metro entrance and only 400 metres from several malls. Overall a very good hotel.

Great staff, fantastic hotel and the location was great, close to all the main shopping malls in Orchard street. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was outstanding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time window but they checked us in without any extra charges or delays as our room was available and ready.

Firstly all the staff were absolutely lovely and kind. They helped us a lot. Location of the hotel was perfect close to all the shopping and restaurants. Room was always clean and organized Room was a great size and had everything a guest needs. Everything was easy and pleasant.

As might be expected, this hotel offers exemplary service and room quality. Our room was very spacious, beautifully designed and maintained and exceptionally comfortable. The reception team was great and supported us with early check-in, following a long flight, which we greatly appreciated. The location is central and very close to Orchard Road, ION mall and the MRT and so suited us very well.
